Ish-kryebashkiaku socialist i Sarandës, Stefan Çipa, njëkohësisht edhe ish-deputet i PS, ka mbërritur ditën e sotme në SPAK.




Stefan Çipa është thirrur në Prokurorinë e Posaçme për çështjen e inceneratorëve, raporton gazetarja Klodiana Lala.
